Aluri is a small AI automation business based in Burlington, Ontario. I started it to give small and mid sized businesses the kind of systems big companies take for granted.
My background
Built at scale, made for small teams
I have built automation for teams at Shopify, AtkinsRéalis, Candu Energy and SNC-Lavalin. At that size, a broken process costs real money every single day. You learn to build systems that run quietly in the background and keep working when nobody is watching them.
Most small businesses never get that kind of help. Big consultancies are too expensive, and off the shelf apps only solve one small piece. Aluri sits in the middle. I take the same approach and apply it to the tools a local business already pays for.
Why I do this
Owners are short on hours, not customers
Most owners I talk to have plenty of demand. The problem is everything around the work. Calls get missed while you are on a job. Quotes go cold. Invoices sit unpaid because chasing them is awkward. Someone spends their Friday typing numbers from PDFs into a spreadsheet.
Every one of those jobs follows the same steps each time, which means a computer can do it. That is what I build.
