Auto repair shop automation for busy independent garages
Auto repair shop automation for independent garages, tire shops and service centres. Your service writer gets help with calls, reminders and estimate approvals, so the bays stay full and the phone stops running the day.

Your customer's phone
What you see
Example run for Fifth Gear Auto. Business and customer names are made up.
Where time goes
The jobs that eat your week
The phone rings when hands are under a hood
Your service writer is checking in a car while two lines ring and a tech has a question about a part. A caller who wants a brake job booked may just try the next shop on the map.
Estimates waiting on an answer
A car sits on the hoist while you wait for the owner to approve a timing belt or a set of rotors. Every hour of waiting is an hour that bay is not earning.
Customers forget their next service
Oil changes, tire swaps and safety inspections come due on a schedule, but reminders often fall off when the shop gets busy. Those customers may end up at a quick lube down the street.
What we automate
The automations that pay off first
Text back every caller you could not answer
If a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text asking for the make, the model and what is going on with the car. That matters, because a 2026 Invoca study of 70 million calls found 44% of calls to businesses go unanswered by a person.
Missed call text back →Service reminders and online booking
Customers get a reminder when they are due for an oil change or a seasonal tire swap, with a link to pick a time. The day before, they get a confirmation with your address and drop off hours.
Booking & reminders →Faster estimate approvals
When the tech finds a problem, the customer gets a text with the estimate and a simple way to approve it or call. If there is no answer after an hour, a gentle nudge goes out so the car does not sit.
Quote follow up →Google reviews after every pickup
Once the invoice is paid, the customer gets a short thank you with a link to leave a Google review. When drivers search for a mechanic nearby, recent reviews help them choose.
Review requests →An example day
Example: a Saturday with auto repair shop automation
Before
This is an example, not a real shop. It is the first snowy weekend of November at a four bay garage in Brampton. Everyone wants winter tires on, and the phone has not stopped since 7:30. Three cars are waiting on estimate approvals while their owners are at work or out shopping.
After
With automation, every missed caller got a text with a link to book a tire swap, and open slots filled without a single phone call. Estimate texts went out from the bay, and two owners approved from their phones. By closing time, your service writer is wrapping up invoices instead of returning a long list of voicemails.

- Within 14 daysWe build itYour first automation, set up on your tools and tested with real messages. You approve it before anything reaches a customer.
- Your first 30 daysIt runs freeThen keep it at a fixed price we agree on together, or we switch it off. No card, no contract.
Who builds it
"I built automation for teams at Shopify and AtkinsRéalis, where a broken process costs real money. Now I build the same kind of systems for businesses that don't have an engineering team."
You work with the person who builds your system, from the audit to launch day. No account managers, no handoffs.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us
Does it work with Protractor, Mitchell 1 or Tekmetric?
Newer cloud systems like Tekmetric and Shopmonkey are usually easier to connect. Older shop systems may need us to work from email receipts, appointment exports or your booking page. We check your setup in the audit before building anything.
How much does auto repair shop automation cost?
We set a price only after we understand your shop, so there is no public price list. Right now, as a limited time offer, the first step is a free 30 minute automation audit. Then we build your first automation and run it free for 30 days. If it stays, we agree on a fixed price in writing first.
What happens to my customers' information?
Names, phone numbers and vehicle details stay in your shop software. Each automation only uses what it needs to send a reminder or a text, and you can remove access whenever you choose. Messages are set up to follow CASL, Canada's anti spam law.
Will this work for a tire shop or a dealership service department?
It fits independent garages, tire shops and small service centres best. Dealership service departments often use systems chosen by the dealer group or the brand, so we would look at what those allow first.
Can customers still talk to a real person?
Always. Every text gives a way to call the shop, and replies go straight to your service writer. The automation handles the routine messages, and your team handles the conversations.
