Missed call cost calculator
Every call you miss is a customer who may already be dialing the next business on the list. Move the sliders to match your week and see what those calls are worth.
Estimated revenue lost per year
The math
How the math works
The calculator takes your calls per week and finds how many go unanswered. Then it counts the callers who do not wait for a callback, and multiplies by how often you win a job and what that job is worth.
Every number is yours to change. If you are not sure, start with your phone bill or your phone app. Most of them list missed calls by day, so one week of counting gives you a real starting point.
The result is an estimate, not a promise. It shows the size of the leak so you can decide if it is worth fixing.
The fix
Three ways to stop losing missed calls
Text back every missed caller
Send a text within a minute that says you saw the call and offers a time to talk or a link to book. The caller has an answer before they try someone else.
See Missed call text back →Reply to web leads in minutes
Calls are only part of it. Forms, emails and messages need the same fast reply, even when you are on a job or with a client.
See Instant lead reply →Let callers book themselves
When a caller can pick a time from your real calendar, you skip the phone tag and the booking happens while they still want it.
See Booking & reminders →Limited time offer
You see results before you pay anything

Who builds it
"I built automation for teams at Shopify and AtkinsRéalis, where a broken process costs real money. Now I build the same kind of systems for businesses that don't have an engineering team."

FAQ
Questions about missed calls
How many calls do businesses miss?
More than most owners think. A 2026 Invoca study of 70 million calls found that 44% of calls to businesses were not answered by a person. Your own number may be higher or lower, so count your missed calls for one normal week and use that.
Where do I find my missed calls?
Your phone provider usually shows them. Check the call log in your phone app, your online account or your monthly bill. If several people answer the phone, add up the missed calls on each line.
What if the caller leaves a voicemail?
Count it as missed if nobody spoke to the caller live. Many people hang up instead of leaving a message, and the ones who do leave one often keep calling other businesses while they wait.
How do I stop losing these calls?
The fastest fix is a missed call text back. When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business number within a minute, with a way to book or a time you will call back. While the current offer lasts, we build your first automation free and run it free for 30 days.
Is this calculator free to use?
Yes. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing is saved. Change the numbers as often as you like.
