AI automation for HVAC companies and home service crews
AI automation for HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, electricians and cleaners who are too busy on jobs to answer every call. We build simple systems on the tools you already use, so leads get a reply, jobs get booked and quotes get chased.

Your customer's phone
What you see
Example run for Northline Heating & Air. Business and customer names are made up.
Where time goes
The jobs that eat your week
Calls come in while you are on a roof
Your techs are in attics, crawl spaces and basements all day, so the phone rings out. A homeowner with no heat in January can find the next company on Google in a minute.
Quotes go out and then go quiet
You drive out, measure and send a quote for a new furnace or air conditioner. Then nobody has time to call back, and the job goes to whoever followed up first.
Evenings lost to office work
After a full day of service calls, someone still has to send invoices, confirm tomorrow's route and answer emails. That work eats into family time or gets pushed to Saturday.
What we automate
The automations that pay off first
Text back every missed call in seconds
When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business number asking what they need and where they live. Invoca looked at 70 million calls in 2026 and found that 44% of calls to businesses never reach a person. A fast text gives those callers a reason to wait for you.
Missed call text back →Book service calls without phone tag
Homeowners pick an arrival window from your real schedule in Jobber or Housecall Pro and get a reminder the day before. An on my way text when the tech leaves the last job helps make sure someone is home to open the door.
Booking & reminders →Follow up on every quote, every time
Say you quote a heat pump install on Monday. The homeowner gets a friendly check in on Thursday and another the next week, and you get an alert the moment they reply.
Quote follow up →Ask for a Google review after each finished job
When a job is marked complete, the customer gets a short thank you text with a link to your Google Business Profile. Asking right away, while the fix is fresh in their mind, is much easier than remembering to do it a week later.
Review requests →An example day
Example: a busy day with AI automation for HVAC companies
Before
Here is an example, not a real client. Say it is the first cold snap of the fall and your two trucks are booked solid. The phone rings 15 times before lunch, and the office line goes to voicemail while your partner helps on a furnace swap. By evening you have six voicemails, three web forms and no idea who already called someone else.
After
Now picture the same day with automation running. Each missed caller gets a text within a minute, and the ones who reply send their address and the problem in writing. Web forms get an answer right away with a link to book. By evening the new jobs sit in your schedule, yesterday's quotes have had their follow up, and you only call back the people who asked for a person.

Who builds it
"I built automation for teams at Shopify and AtkinsRéalis, where a broken process costs real money. Now I build the same kind of systems for businesses that don't have an engineering team."
You work with the person who builds your system, from the audit to launch day. No account managers, no handoffs.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us
Does this work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
In most cases, yes. Many field service apps can share data with other tools, which is how we connect them. Some only allow that on certain plans, so we check what your account can do during the audit. If there is no way in, we work from email alerts or your booking form instead.
How much does AI automation for HVAC companies cost to start?
We do not post prices, because every shop is set up a little differently. For a limited time, we offer a free 30 minute automation audit, then build your first automation and let it run free for 30 days. If you keep it, we agree on a fixed price in writing before you pay anything.
Will my customers know they are texting an automation?
The texts come from your business and are written in your voice. They ask simple things, like the address and what is wrong, then hand off to a person when it gets more detailed. You can read every message and jump in at any time.
What happens to my customer list and job data?
Your customer list stays in your own apps, like Jobber or QuickBooks Online. Each automation gets access only to what it needs, and you can turn it off or remove that access whenever you want. Texts and emails are set up to follow CASL, Canada's anti spam law.
Do you work with plumbers, roofers and cleaning companies too?
Yes. Plumbing, roofing, electrical and cleaning companies run into the same problems: missed calls, slow quotes and late nights on admin. We are based in Burlington and meet GTA owners in person or by video.
