Construction business automation for contractors and engineers
Construction business automation for general contractors, renovators and small engineering firms. We handle the follow ups, invoices and paperwork that pile up while you are on site, using the tools your office already runs.

Your customer's phone
What you see
Example run for Ridgeway Builders. Business and customer names are made up.
Where time goes
The jobs that eat your week
Estimates sent, then silence
You spend an evening pricing a basement renovation or a small office fit out, then send the quote. Without a follow up, it sits in the client's inbox while they compare other bids.
Progress invoices chased by hand
Progress draws, change orders and holdback releases all need tracking. When the office is stretched thin, money you have already earned can sit unpaid for weeks.
Site paperwork that never ends
Daily logs, subcontractor insurance certificates, WSIB clearances and timesheets come in as photos, PDFs and texts. Someone has to file them all, usually at night.
What we automate
The automations that pay off first
Steady follow up on every bid and estimate
After a quote goes out, the client gets a check in a few days later and again the next week, written in your voice. You get an alert when they reply, so you can call while the job is still on their mind.
Quote follow up →Reminders on progress invoices and change orders
When a draw or change order invoice passes its due date, the client gets a polite reminder, then a firmer one. Your accounting software stays up to date, and you only make the calls that matter.
Invoice chasing →Paperwork filed from photos and PDFs
Timesheets, supplier bills and WSIB clearance certificates sent by text or email get read, renamed and filed to the right job folder. Expiry dates go on a list, so you know before a sub's insurance runs out.
Document to data →Fast replies to renovation and project inquiries
A homeowner asking about a kitchen renovation gets a reply right away with a few questions about budget, timing and photos of the space. An engineering firm can use the same idea to confirm a request for proposal and gather the project details.
Instant lead reply →An example day
Construction business automation in a busy week: an example
Before
Here is an example, not a real company. You run a renovation company in Markham with two crews and a part time office manager. This week you are finishing a basement, starting a kitchen and pricing three new jobs. Last month's change order invoices are still unpaid, and a sub just texted a photo of his new insurance certificate.
After
With automation, the three new quotes each got follow ups without you having to remember. The change order invoices went out with reminders on schedule. The insurance certificate was filed to the right folder with its expiry date tracked. At the end of the day you look at one short list of replies instead of digging through your phone.

How it works

- Within 14 daysWe build itYour first automation, set up on your tools and tested with real messages. You approve it before anything reaches a customer.
- Your first 30 daysIt runs freeThen keep it at a fixed price we agree on together, or we switch it off. No card, no contract.
Who builds it
"I built automation for teams at Shopify and AtkinsRéalis, where a broken process costs real money. Now I build the same kind of systems for businesses that don't have an engineering team."
You work with the person who builds your system, from the audit to launch day. No account managers, no handoffs.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us
Does it work with Procore, Buildertrend or JobTread?
Most construction software offers some way to connect outside apps, though what you can reach depends on your plan. Where a direct link is not available, we use email alerts, shared folders or exports. We confirm what works for your company during the audit.
What does construction business automation cost?
Every company is different, so we do not post prices. For a limited time, we start with a free 30 minute automation audit, then build your first automation and let it run free for 30 days. Should you keep it, the fixed price is set in writing before any payment.
Where are our project files and client details stored?
They stay in your own systems, like Procore, your shared drive or QuickBooks Online. The automation only moves what each step needs, and you can switch off its access at any time. Emails and texts to clients are set up to follow CASL, Canada's anti spam law.
My crews are not tech people. Will they need to learn something new?
Usually not. Most automations work in the background on the office side. If crews are involved, it is often as simple as texting a photo to a number, which they already know how to do.
Do you work with engineering firms too?
Yes. Engineering firms deal with proposals, timesheets and project invoicing that follow the same patterns. Alex has built automation for teams at AtkinsRéalis, so he is familiar with how engineering offices track projects and paperwork.
