This policy explains how Aluri Enterprises ("Aluri", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through alurienterprises.com. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Information you send us through the audit form: your name, work email, business name and industry, and anything you write in the message box. We also record which page you sent it from.
- Information you share when you call, text or email us.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and book your audit.
- To prepare your audit and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your automations.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We only send you messages related to the request you made, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions, and Google Workspace for email and documents. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your form submission and related emails within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period required by Canadian tax law.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aleks@alurienterprises.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Automations we build for clients
When we build an automation for a client, the client remains responsible for the personal information of their own customers. We set automations up to keep sensitive details out of text messages, to respect consent rules under CASL, and to use only the data each automation needs.
