Quote Follow Up Automation for Every Estimate You Send
Quote follow up automation checks in on every estimate you send, on a schedule you choose. Customers get a polite nudge, and you find out who is ready to go ahead.

The problem
Quotes go out, then go quiet
You spend an evening measuring, pricing, and writing a quote. You send it, and then you hear nothing. Often the customer isn't saying no. They got busy, lost the email, or have a question they never asked.
Following up feels pushy, and it's easy to forget when the week is full. Salesforce's State of Sales 2024 report found that sales reps spend 70% of their time on non selling tasks. When you are the owner and the whole sales team, chasing quotes is one more job that slips.
What changes for you
- Every quote gets checked on, not just the ones you remember
- You hear the reason when a customer says no
- Questions reach you before the customer goes quiet
- Your list of open quotes stays current without a spreadsheet
- You stop dreading the awkward 'just checking in' call
How it works
How quote follow up runs, step by step
A quote is sent
When you send an estimate from your quoting tool, the automation starts a timer for that customer. It also notes the job type and amount, so later messages can mention them.
Quote follow up automation checks in
A few days later, the customer gets a short, friendly message asking if they have questions. If they stay quiet, a second note goes out about a week later.
Replies get sorted
If they say yes, they get a link to approve the quote or pick a start date. If they ask a question or want changes, the message comes straight to you.
The follow up stops on its own
Once a quote is approved, declined, or marked closed, the messages stop. Nobody gets nudged about a job they already said yes to.

Construction & engineering
Renovation and design quotes are large, and customers can take weeks to decide, so steady follow up keeps you in the running.

FAQ
Questions about quote follow up
How long does quote follow up automation take to set up?
If your quotes come from one tool, like Jobber or QuickBooks Online, a first version can be running in about a week. We start with a free 30 minute automation audit to see how you quote today. The first automation runs free for 30 days, and if you keep it, we agree on a fixed price in writing.
Will the follow ups sound pushy or robotic?
Not when there are only a few, they are spaced out, and they sound like you. You choose the wording and the timing. We cap the number of messages and stop as soon as the customer replies. You can read every message before we turn it on.
What if a customer asks to change the quote?
The automation never touches your prices. It flags the message and sends it to you, so you can update the quote yourself. The follow ups pause while you work on it. Once the new quote is sent, the timer starts again.
Can I choose which quotes get followed up?
Yes. You can skip small jobs, or only follow up on quotes over a certain amount. You can also use a different message for repeat customers. We set the rules with you.
Am I allowed to email customers about a quote?
We set every message up with CASL, Canada's anti spam law, in mind. Each follow up is about a quote the customer asked for, names your business, and gives a way to opt out. This is general information, so check with your own advisor on specific questions.
