What can you build that isn't on your list?
Almost anything that follows the same steps each time. Common examples are connecting apps that don't talk to each other, AI assistants that draft replies from your own documents, voice agents, onboarding flows and dashboards. If you are not sure, describe the job on the audit call and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
How much does custom automation cost?
It depends on the size of the job, so we never guess before the audit. After the call you get a written scope with a fixed price, so you know the cost and the expected payoff before you commit. While the current offer lasts, your first automation is built free and runs free for 30 days.
How long does a custom build take?
Small builds are often running within one to two weeks. Bigger projects are split into stages so you start getting value from the first piece while the rest is built. Your written scope lists the timeline before any work starts.
Do I need to change the software I use?
No. We build on top of the tools you already pay for. If one of your apps can't connect, we tell you during the audit and suggest the simplest way around it.
Who looks after it once it's built?
We do. Every automation is monitored, and if a step fails we get an alert and fix it. You also get a short summary of what it handled, so you can see the time it saves.
