Questions owners ask us
Which apps does it work with besides Shopify?
Shopify connects well with most automation tools, and so do apps like Klaviyo, Gorgias and ShipStation. We also work with QuickBooks Online, Xero and Google Sheets. If an app has no connection, we look for a workaround such as email alerts or a scheduled export.
How much does Shopify automation for small stores cost?
We do not post prices, since a store with 20 orders a week needs something different from one with 500. Our current limited time offer is a free 30 minute automation audit, then your first automation built and running free for 30 days. If you keep it, the price is fixed and agreed in writing.
Is my customer data safe?
Customer details stay in Shopify and your other apps. The automation reads only what it needs for each task, and you can remove its access from your Shopify admin at any time. Marketing emails and texts are set up to follow CASL, Canada's anti spam law.
Do I need a developer or a Shopify Plus plan?
No. We build on top of your current plan using standard app connections, and you never have to touch code. If your plan includes Shopify Flow, what we build can work alongside it.

Alex, based in Burlington, builds every automation himself. He has built automation for teams at Shopify, so he knows how stores and their apps fit together. You deal with one person from the audit to launch.
