An AI Receptionist for Small Businesses in Canada
An AI receptionist picks up every call your team can't get to. It answers common questions, books the appointment and sends you a short summary, at 2 pm or 2 am.

The problem
The phone rings when nobody is free
Calls come in while your front desk is with a patient, while you are on a roof, or after you have locked up for the night. A 2026 Invoca study of 70 million calls found that 44% of calls to businesses never reach a person.
Voicemail does not fix it. Most callers hang up and try the next name on Google. Hiring someone to cover every hour costs a full salary, and an answering service can take a message but usually can't book the job.
What changes for you
- Every call answered on the first few rings, day or night
- Appointments booked while you are busy with other customers
- Urgent calls passed to you, routine ones handled for you
- A text summary of every call, so nothing gets lost
- Coverage for evenings and weekends without hiring another person
How it works
How AI receptionist runs, step by step
We teach it your business
We load your hours, services, service area, prices you are happy to share and the questions callers ask most. You approve the greeting and every answer before it goes live.
Your AI receptionist answers the call
When your team doesn't pick up, or after hours, the call goes to the AI receptionist. It tells callers they are speaking with a virtual assistant, then talks with them in a natural voice.
It books, answers or passes the call on
It books the visit straight into your calendar or booking software. Urgent calls, like a burst pipe or a dental emergency, can be passed to your cell right away.
You get a summary by text
After each call you get a short text with the caller's name, number, what they need and what was booked. The full call notes are saved in your CRM or a Google Sheet.

FAQ
Questions about AI receptionist
What can an AI receptionist answer for my business?
Anything you have given it a clear answer for: your hours, where you work, what you offer, how booking works and what to bring. If a caller asks something it doesn't know, it says so, takes their details and you get a text to call them back.
Will callers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The greeting says it is a virtual assistant for your business. Being upfront keeps trust high, and most callers care more about getting an answer and a booking than about who answers.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Your number stays the same. We set up call forwarding so the AI receptionist only picks up when your team doesn't, or during the hours you choose.
How long does it take to set up?
Most setups take about one to two weeks, including time for you to listen to test calls and change any answer you don't like. We start with a free 30 minute automation audit. While the current offer lasts, your first automation is built free and runs free for 30 days, then you keep it at a fixed price agreed in writing or we switch it off.
What about privacy and call recording?
If calls are recorded, the greeting tells callers. For clinics, the AI receptionist sticks to booking and general questions and keeps health details out of texts, with Ontario's PHIPA in mind. Call notes are stored in your own accounts, not ours.
