Automated Google Review Requests for Local Businesses
Automated Google review requests go out after every finished job, with a direct link to your review page. Plenty of customers are glad to leave one when they get a reminder and a link that works.

The problem
Good work doesn't turn into reviews on its own
You finish a job and the customer is thrilled. You mean to ask for a review, but you're already driving to the next call. A week later, asking feels awkward, and the moment has passed. Multiply that by every job in a month, and a lot of happy customers never get asked.
When people search for a local business on Google, your reviews show up right next to your name. If your newest review is from months ago, that's what they see. Asking by hand works, but only when someone remembers to do it.
What changes for you
- Every customer gets asked, not just the ones you remember
- A steady flow of new reviews instead of long gaps
- Requests that arrive while the job is fresh in their mind
- Drafted replies so no review goes unanswered
- No more awkward asking at the door
How it works
How review requests runs, step by step
The job is marked done
When you close a job, mark an invoice paid, or finish an appointment, the automation knows it's time to ask.
Automated Google review requests go out
A short text or email thanks the customer by name and links straight to your Google review page. It's timed to arrive while the visit is still fresh.
One gentle reminder
If they haven't left a review after a few days, they get one more friendly note. After that, the automation stops asking.
You see the feedback
New reviews show up in a weekly note to you, each with a drafted reply. You can edit the reply and post it to your Google Business Profile.

FAQ
Questions about review requests
Is it against Google's rules to send automated Google review requests?
Asking for reviews is allowed. Google's rules say you should not offer rewards for reviews or only ask your happy customers. So we send the same request to every customer and never offer anything in return. Asking everyone is also fairer, and it gives you a truer picture of how you're doing.
Will the request feel like a mass text?
We write it with you, use the customer's first name, and mention the job when your software has that detail. It reads like a thank you note from your business, because that's what it is. You approve the final wording before anything goes out.
What if a customer replies with a complaint?
The automation stops and sends you their message right away. It never replies to a complaint on its own. You can reach out yourself and fix the problem while it's still fresh.
How fast can I start sending review requests?
This one is simple to set up, often within a few days. We start with a free 30 minute automation audit to see where your finished jobs are tracked. Your first automation runs free for 30 days, and you agree to a fixed price in writing only if you keep it.
Do I need customer permission to send these?
We set requests up with CASL, Canada's anti spam law, in mind. Each message names your business, relates to work you just did for that customer, and includes a way to opt out. Check with your own advisor if you have a specific question.
